Exams are coming and, with them, stress and exhaustion. That is why I would like to share with you my tips to cope with that and two of my favourites things on these days.
- Drink lot of water, at least 2 litres. You will help your mental and physical efficiency.
- Do exercise and sleep well. You need to take care of your body and your mind, and this will help your memory and concentration.
- Eat properly, I recommend doing five meals and trying to eat healthy food, so your body does not need to lose energy burning those extra calories.
My two favourites:

Writing my goals, and organize what I am going to study every day help me a lot, and I think I am much more productive.
2. My energizing smoothie.
½ cup of oat
½ cup of almond milk
1 teaspoon of peanut butter
1 teaspoon of honey
1 teaspoon of Acai
1 teaspoon of Chia seeds
You can decorate it with coconut, blueberries and chia seeds. It´s delicious!
