Coronavirus, How to Overcome Boredom at Home

We are in a very disturbing and confusing time where we are now guided to stay at home and protect ourselves and others.

We are in a very disturbing and confusing time where we are now guided to stay at home and protect ourselves and others. Therefore it means that you as students may not be attending university lectures and seminars and may consider, if you haven’t already, to go back to your family home. 

So with university work still required to complete, even the general routine of getting up and commuting to uni was at least something you were willing to do. But now with that out of the window we need to figure out how to keep our minds busy and our body strong. 

Personally I find it hard to go to sleep when my body isn’t somewhat exhausted, so if this resonates with you then here are my suggestions of how to keep yourself busy.
